As a new South Florida homeowner I am learning as I go. One thing I could never figure out was way my garage was always 95+ degrees in the summer and full of bugs? After researching, I realized that my garage doors had zero weather stripping installed and they desperately needed insulating being west facing and getting beaten on by the afternoon sun. Choosing The Doorman has turned out to be one of the best homeowner decisions I have made thus far since moving here! Sure there are plenty of other companies who would do just as good a job but what really sent my experience over the top was the customer service I received! Jim, (the owner I believe) and Joanne took care of me and answered all my questions before and after the service sale. The "after" part says a lot and is what prompted me to leave this review. The 2 techs who came out to do the install were friendly, professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Icing on the cake was the fact that I mentioned to them that one of my garage openers was not working properly. Nothing more was said but when they left, it was fixed! They will be getting my business again when I replace a couple of my ancient door openers soon. Cant recommend them more highly. Thanks again Jim!
